Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused or unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Email calzone-silk1b@icloud.com before sending an item back. Approved returns must be sent to JACEE WEINBRENNER, 752 Penn Dr, McPherson, KS 67460, United States. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and photographs where applicable so we can evaluate the issue.

Non-returnable items

Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless required by law. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an eligible item is to return it and place a separate order after the return is accepted.

European Union cancellation right

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel or return the order without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact calzone-silk1b@icloud.com.
