Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery within the United States is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order ships. Tracking information may take time to update.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact calzone-silk1b@icloud.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, high-volume periods, and events outside our control may affect delivery. If tracking shows a delivery problem or an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us with your order number.

Customs and import charges

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless checkout states otherwise.
